Replies and sending
GREEN Reading mail metadata. Active — read-only scopes, no bodies.
YELLOW Generating a reply proposal for a human to review. Implemented as a pure function (buildGmailReplyProposal) and not yet surfaced as an action.
RED Sending email. Not implemented, and not implementable without a deliberate change: no Gmail send or compose scope is requested (a test fails if one is added), and the send helper throws unconditionally. PAXX cannot send mail on your behalf, autonomously or otherwise.
